About CustomWheelset

CustomWheelset is the public name used for this website and quote service. The site is operated from Xiamen, China by wheelset technicians who review configuration requests.

If a quote request proceeds, the written quote or invoice identifies the transaction party that will accept the order and payment. Review that identity before approving a configuration or sending funds.

Website and Quote Requests

The website lets you review reference wheelsets and request a custom quote. Submitting a form does not create an order, reserve components, authorize production, or require either party to proceed.

Every website figure for price or cost, weight, MOQ, lead time, hub or component option, logo option, warranty, and shipping is a Planning estimate. The website is not an online checkout and does not accept an order by itself.

Compatibility Information

Provide accurate details about the bicycle, wheel size, tire system, rim requirements, brake interface, frame clearance, axle standards, rotor mount, freehub or cassette standard, rider system weight, intended use, finish, logo, quantity, and destination.

Technician review reduces avoidable specification errors, but it cannot cover missing or inaccurate information. Any critical fit, safety, performance, test, appearance, or service requirement must be stated and accepted in writing.

Written Configuration and Quote

Before payment, review the complete written configuration. It should identify the rim, hub, freehub, spokes, nipples, finish, logo proof, quantity, accessories, packaging, and destination.

The written quote or invoice should also identify:

  • The transaction party and payment recipient.
  • Price, currency, payment schedule, and quote validity.
  • Final MOQ, parts availability, and approved substitutions.
  • Production and shipping terms.
  • Duties, taxes, brokerage, customs, and local fee responsibility.
  • Warranty, crash replacement, returns, remedies, and shipping responsibility.

The accepted written documents control if they differ from website content, reference illustrations, or an earlier conversation.

Order Acceptance

An order is accepted only through the process stated in the written quote or invoice. This may require configuration approval, identification of the transaction party, and payment confirmation. A request may be declined if the compatibility, components, artwork, destination, payment, or other requirements cannot be supported.

Changes and Cancellation

Request a specification, quantity, address, or artwork change as early as possible. Whether a change or cancellation can be accepted depends on the production status and accepted order terms. A change may affect price, weight, parts availability, lead time, shipping, or warranty terms.

Logo and Artwork

You must have permission to use any logo, name, design, or other artwork you submit. Logo availability, size, color, placement, proof, cost, and MOQ are Planning estimates until included in the accepted written configuration. A quote request does not grant either party rights to unrelated trademarks or brand materials.

Production, Shipping, and Import Charges

Website production and transit periods are Planning estimates, not guaranteed dates. Component availability, artwork approval, quantity, quality checks, holidays, customs, carriers, weather, and approved changes may affect timing.

The accepted quote or invoice must state the shipping method, cost, included services, and responsibility for duties, taxes, brokerage, customs charges, and local fees. Do not assume any charge is prepaid unless the written terms say so.

Returns, Warranty, and Crash Replacement

Made-to-order products may not qualify for automatic cancellation or return after written approval. Warranty, crash replacement, return eligibility, exclusions, evidence, remedies, time limits, addresses, and shipping responsibility are determined by the accepted quote, invoice, and order terms.

Do not send a wheelset or component to any address without written return approval and current instructions.

Accounts and Acceptable Use

Provide accurate contact, quote, billing, and delivery information. Keep account and payment access secure. Do not send passwords, payment credentials, or one-time security codes through a quote or support form.

Do not attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent or infringing requests, interfere with the site, distribute harmful content, or use automation that damages reliability or violates applicable rights.

Intellectual Property

Website content, layout, original illustrations, and brand materials belong to their respective owners or licensors. Reference to a component option does not imply ownership of or affiliation with that component brand.

Applicable Rights and Disputes

The transaction party, governing law, dispute process, liability terms, and mandatory customer rights for an order must be identified in the accepted written terms or determined by applicable law. Nothing on this page excludes a right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
