Returns, Warranty & Crash Replacement

CustomWheelset is a quote-only website. Website warranty, return, refund, and crash replacement information is a Planning estimate. The written quote, invoice, and accepted order terms identify the transaction party, coverage, exclusions, remedies, time limits, return address, and shipping responsibility.

Made-to-Order Configurations

A wheelset may be prepared to an approved rim, hub, freehub, spoke, finish, logo, and quantity specification. Change-of-mind cancellation or return is not automatic after the written configuration is accepted. Check the applicable terms before approving the quote or invoice.

Report an Issue

Email support@customwheelset.com with the quote or order reference, a clear description, and relevant photos or video. For shipping damage, keep the carton, packing material, label, and product while the issue is reviewed.

Do not ride, modify, repair, or return a wheelset when doing so may affect inspection, unless written instructions say otherwise.

Incorrect, Missing, or Damaged Items

If the delivered configuration differs from the accepted written configuration, an item is missing, or the shipment appears damaged, report it promptly. The transaction party named in the quote or invoice determines the review process, carrier evidence, remedy, and shipping responsibility under the accepted terms.

Warranty Review

Website warranty information is a Planning estimate. The accepted written terms must state the responsible party, period, covered components, exclusions, required evidence, inspection process, remedy, labor, and shipping responsibility.

Crash Replacement

Crash replacement is not included unless the written quote or order terms say so. Any eligibility, duration, price or discount, excluded damage, evidence, replacement specification, and shipping cost must be confirmed in writing.

Return Approval and Address

No public return address is provided. Do not send a wheelset or component until the responsible party has approved the return in writing and supplied current instructions. An unapproved return may be refused or may not qualify for a remedy under the accepted terms.

Refunds and Other Remedies

Repair, replacement, component supply, refund, credit, or another remedy, if available, depends on the issue and accepted terms. Refund timing may also depend on inspection and the payment provider identified in the invoice.
